Do you deliver and collect?
Yes — we handle delivery, set-up and collection. FREE Delivery upto 5 miles radius of SE9. Prices charged per mile after.
Do i have to pay a deposit?
Please note: there is an additional refundable deposit when hiring glasses for the Prosecco wall/ladder, as well as for any newly supplied glassware or accessories.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and seasonal events. However, we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute bookings where availability allows.
Which areas do you cover?
For bookings of three or more items, we may travel further — please enquire.
Can I hire individual props?
Absolutely. You can hire a single item, a selection of pieces, or a full themed package. Please note: Min order of £100 for events further than 5 miles from SE9
How long is hire for?
Standard hire is for one event day. Longer hire periods may be possible — just ask.
Do you need access to the venue before the event?
Yes — we’ll coordinate a suitable setup window with you or your venue to ensure everything is perfectly styled before your guests arrive.
Do you style the props, or do we set them up ourselves?
For most items, we take care of the full delivery and set-up to ensure everything looks perfectly styled for your event. This includes backdrops, signage, themed props, and light-up numbers.
However, we do offer a dry-hire option for our sweet cart.
With dry hire, we supply the cart along with jars, sweet bags and tongs, and you are free to purchase and display your own sweets as you wish. This is ideal if you’d like to create a personalised selection or manage the fill levels yourself.
